Changes to the Quayside Properties Team

Melanie Jenkins has been a member of the team since 2010 and Property & Legal Manager since 2018. Moving forward, Melanie will be focussing on the legal element of the role and, as part of the new Commercial Team will become Port Legal Manager. Melanie will continue to work with our tenants on lease renewals, rent reviews and other legal issues.

Clare Stowell, who has worked in the property team for 14 years, will be taking on a broader commercial role at Milford Waterfront. If you have expansion or relocation plans, Clare will continue to work with you on this.

Matt Lilley has been appointed as Property and Facilities Manager, he will head up the Quayside Properties team ably supported by Amanda Mason and Tim Garside. Also joining the team will be Louise Harries, Helen Scourfield and Emily Wells (from October) as the team responsibilities expand.
As part of his role, Matt will be taking over the property management responsibilities from Melanie Jenkins. Matt joins us from Zimmer Biomet.

From this week Matt and the team will be based in Suites 7 and 8 Cedar Court - Suite 5 is closed with immediate effect as it has been let to another tenant. Public access will be restricted to ‘by appointment’ only. This new way of operating is being implemented to protect our staff and you, our customers, in the ongoing response to the coronavirus pandemic. You can, however, expect to receive the same excellent service from our team.

Parcels and Deliveries
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept parcels and deliveries on your behalf. Please can you make alternative arrangements for the parcels or deliveries to be made to your home addresses if you will not be here to sign for them.
